Creative Information Society is formed by the Creative Class which consists workers whose job is to create meaningful new forms. The designs of this group are seen as broadly transferable and useful. Telefon geldiği zaman herkesin evinde bulunan bir araç değildi, bu Yüzden de oldukça değerli bir iletişim aracıydı. Kimin evinde telefon varsa oraya gidilir ve kullanılırdı. Henüz günümüze göre yaygın bir teknoloji olmadığından sabit hatlar değerliydi. Hatta insanlar evlerine gelenlere hayır diyemedikleri ve fatura olayına çare bulmaya çalıştıklarından dolayı paralı sistemde kullanmaya başlamışlardır.
