DANGER OF USEFUL TECHNOLOGY

No one can deny the virtues of technology in our daily lives, and how it has made life easier and faster. Technology has helped us a lot in developing our practical, business, and academic life…… ect. However I am not asking about these aspects, but my question is about the social and family aspects.

In fact, the answer to this question may be puzzling. Some people will say that the technology brings us together, and the evidence is that anyone now can contact with his friend or family member in any place at any time. Technology has made the world a small village at your fingertips, so it is gathering us, and they are right. Look at the members of the same family, they may be in one house or in one room and each one of them in another world with his cell phone or his computer.  Sometimes they go out to have dinner or whatever together but again they become busy with their cell phone. It is separating between us, and also they are right. So where is the right answer it is gathering us or the opposite?!

Actually technology does both of them, it separates and gathers us at the same time. Friends and families are not communicate physically with each other as before, communication has not become face to face. Communication and meeting those who we love face to face are more effective and we all need it especially of older people. So we can say that technology has negatively affected in this side and separated us in this domain.

But how is technology gathering us? Technology gathers us but unfortunately in another world. Everyone can notice these days that when we want to discuss a particular topic, we just create a group on social media to communicate and discuss without seeing each other. It is a virtual and digital world that does not really exist. In this world everyone makes for himself a specific personality and lives in it and communicates with people through it. No one really sees anyone in this world, but we can see from others what they want to show us. We may be sad and have many problems but we appear as a happy people, who can see that? We are hidden behind our devices and show what we just want.

Digital life phenomena is really dangerous because it is growing day by day. This industry is constantly evolving according to development of technology and no one knows where this virtual world will end. All our life became in the digital life such as in social media, computer games, and even wars and businesses. Can we see that day when we leave our whole life and be just in the digital life?

Love means giving everything at anytime without waiting for any return, you just give because you love. you have to be ready to answer your lover even if he asked your soul. love does not know impossible
